Adobe Photoshop Tutorial - Rain

Step 1: Continue from previous tutorial

Step 2: Create a new Layer (Layer 2) and fill in black color.

Step 3: Go Filter > Noise > Add Noise (Amount: 12-15%, choose Gaussian Distribution and Monochromatic)

Step 4: Go Image > Adjustments > Levels (adjust the Midtones / Middle slider to around 1.4).

Step 5: Go Filter > Blur > Motion Blur (set angle: 45-50 degree,  Distance: 13-15 pixels)

Step 6: Now the rain is formed. Change the layer blending mode to Screen.

Step 7: Final Outcome.
